John Calvin is the Teacher-Pastor who defined Reformed Theology in the 16th century, 1559 to be closer to the date. Though others in his day fought for the Reformation of the Church in many parts of Europe, it was Calvin who produced the best explanation of what the Reformed believers, thinkers, pastors, and leaders believed.
