Lighthouse Mission:  The Lighthouse exists to feed the hungry and help the homeless by sharing God's love with people in need in practical ways.  The MIssion's commitment is to feed the poor, but their goal is to empower people to overcome poverty and live purpose-filled lives.  They are located in Bellport, just a few miles from New Life.

Long Island Youth MentoringThis mission assists Christian churches on Long Island in the responsible evangelism of at-risk youth and their families, providing them with hope through caring relationships and developmental opportunities for the whole person (spiritual, mental, physical, social.)

National/International Missions

Youth With a Mission (YWAM) Ozarks: This is an international volunteer movement of Christians from many backgrounds, cultures, and Christian tradtions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world.  Their purpose is simply to know God and to make Him known.  We maintain a relationship with Barb Nizza who administers a Discipleship Training School in Arkansas since 2005.

Mission to the World (Peter and Diane Bakelaar/Japan): Peter is a son of the church; he and Diane work in church planting and evangelism of the Japanese people.  They have been serving in Japan since 1990.  Peter's responsibilities include Japanese evangelistic Bible studies as well as discipleship and communication of the gospel in Japanese through special events and messges.
